feat(brand): rename app to AITURK Mobil and set applicationId

Browse Source 
Replace user-visible Hermes / Hermes Mobile texts with AITURK branding in all
locales and set applicationId to online.turkservis.aiturk.mobil. Namespace and
source packages stay com.m57.hermescontrol.
